update

So I still haven’t found my keys..for those of you that were wondering..now would be a good time to cache in any favors the gods/goddess of lost things owe you.

AND most importantly I won’t be blogging or sewing for at least a week because I’m doing my “civic duty” and serving as a juror in a court case…yeah! (sarcasm). Just to let ya’ll know this whole thing is made me incredibly inclined towards violent tendencies, just so that fair warning is out there. Hey you would be pissed too if you had to sit for FIVE days from 8:30 am to 5pm. can’t even bring my knitting..that’s a crime.

I was selected for jury duty back in January; thankfully (luckily? LOL) they didn’t select me & I only had the one day there, and till noon at that. By the time I got out, though, I felt like I’d been there a week.

And OMG! Make sure park in the right freakin’ place or they won’t validate for you!!! ( I guess that’s a huge deal; they were ripping people left and right for not parking in the right place. I just rode in with Jake since he works downtown anyway.)

Civic duty…heh…love THAT “guilt trip”. (Why no, I’m not bitter. Why do you ask? LOL)

So knitting is good enough for a puplic hanging but not okay for a court room? Terrible. Sorry about the keys and the jury duty.

Uffda! I’m sorry to hear that, Kitsune. I haven’t been around much lately and I drop by to see how you’re doing and see that you’re trapped without your knitting. I’ve been fortunate to escape jury duty all my long life while knowing others who have been tapped more than once. I can’t imagine not being able to have a book along to read so I can sympathize with the knitting problem. I take a book everywhere I go.

How was your weekend?? :)

Somehow i missed the point. Probably lost in translation :) Anyway … nice blog to visit.

cheers, Biological.
